Uploading a Self-Tape (Actors & Agents)

1. Open the upload link you were sent. You’ll see the project name, role, and any specific instructions for that character or project.
2. Fill in your full name, and answer whether you’re represented by an agent. If yes, enter your agent’s name. If no, enter your email address and mobile number instead.
3. Drag and drop your files into the upload box, or click it to browse. You can upload up to 5 files (check the page for the exact limit set on this project), each up to the stated maximum size. Accepted formats: MP4 and MOV for video, JPG and PNG for images, and PDF for documents.
4. Click Submit Audition. A progress bar shows upload progress for each file – please don’t close the page while it’s uploading, especially for larger video files.
5. You’ll see a confirmation once your files are received. If any individual file is rejected (wrong format, too large), you’ll be told which one and why – the rest of your submission still goes through.

Uploading again, or adding more files? Return to the same link and submit again with the same name and email/agent details – your new files are added to your existing submission rather than replacing it. Nothing you’ve already sent is lost or overwritten.

Deadlines: if a project has an upload deadline and it has passed, the page will let you know uploads are closed. Please contact us directly if you believe this is an error.
